Dr. Brett Pellegrino is a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in the evaluation and treatment of children, adolescents, and their families presenting with a range of emotional, social, and/or behavioral difficulties. Dr. Pellegrino specializes in treating ADHD, anger problems, disruptive behaviors, and social skills difficulties.
Dr. Pellegrino received his undergraduate degree from the University of Hartford, and earned his Master’s degree and Educational Specialist degree in School Psychology from Seton Hall University. He earned his doctorate from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in School Psychology with a concentration in cognitive behavioral therapy. Dr. Pellegrino is a New Jersey certified school psychologist and has provided a range of services in schools as part of the child study team.
Dr. Pellegrino currently serves as a supervisor of special education at a local high school and works as an adjunct instructor at Brookdale Community College. Dr. Pellegrino’s experiences have provided him with an extensive background in psychological assessment, learning disabilities, and interventions for many social-emotional concerns.
