Thank you for your interest in our clinical services offered here at Compass Psychological Services, LLC! We are very excited for you as you take your first steps towards bettering you or your child’s life through psychological treatment.

Steps to begin:

  • We encourage you to explore our website, taking some time to look at our clinicians, our approach to treatment, and the services offered at our practice.
  • Feel free to call or fill out our contact form  and a clinician will get back to you shortly to schedule a free phone consultation. We will answer any questions you may have to help you decide whether we are a good fit for you and/or your child.
  • During or after your phone consultation, you can schedule the initial intake appointments. These are done on separate days and allow us to get a better sense of your concerns and evaluate how we can best serve you.
  • Please review our Fees, Payment & Insurance page on our website and contact your insurance company to learn about potential reimbursement.
  • Before your first appointment, please fill out our new client forms (listed below) and bring them with you to your first session.
  • Please bring a copy of any previous evaluations to your first session, as well as, a copy of you or your child’s most recent grades if still in school (e.g. report cards, progress reports, transcript).
  • Once the initial intake sessions are complete, you will schedule all future sessions directly with your assigned clinician.
